One of my cousins who is retired CPD said the 80s and 00s was bad for the project but the 90s was hell in a cage. Worst was always Cabrini, Rockwell, Hornetz, and he said Robert Taylor was the worst in his opinion. One year in the early 90s they had 72 murders and over 400 shootings alone.
